Dalmore is a small, recently re-furbished, four bedroomed, bed & breakfast, with car parking facility. Our guests can expect a 'home from home' feeling when you staying at Dalmore.

Dalmore is only a 5 minute walk from Dumfries town centre and the River Nith. For shopping, Dumfries town centre offers a wide variety, with small independant shops and major high street names combined.

Have a walk around Dumfries town and find out about the birthplace of Robert Burns or visit one of the castles or churches steeped in history. Dumfries has plenty of walks, great wildlife, fishing and plenty of golf courses.

Dalmore is situated within a two minute walk to Dumfries railway station, where you can take a local train to Gretna Green or Carlisle. Within easy access to the motorway, Glasgow and Edinburgh can be reached by car in around 90 minutes, whilst driving out toward the west coast will take you to some of the most beautiful beaches in South West Scotland or to Stranraer where you can catch a ferry to Ireland.

How to find us:
As you are coming off the A701 you turn left at the roundabout and you are on the Moffat Road, Dalmore is situated at the bottom on the right hand side.

We regret we do not accommodate dogs. Dalmore is a No Smoking establishment, but there is a bench outside for people who wish to smoke.
